When you click on Agencies you get the list of agencies defined in GalileoTerminal for your market.
Description of the table columns
Agency - name of the agency as stored in GalileoTerminal database
PCC - PCC assigned to the agency in GalileoTerminal record
User count - number of existing GalileoTerminal accounts within given agency
GTIR upload - controls if GalileoTerminal pushes GTIR to the agency ftp server automatically
non-GT - controls if GalileoTerminal colects the information about the tickets issued outside GalileoTerminal
SMS - controls if the agency can initiate the generation of the itinerary and e-ticket information as an SMS
Value limit - defines if agency can control the amount of issued tickets.
Type of action - action buttons for update and deletion of the agency record within GalileoTerminal
Agencies that have no GalileoTerminal account are highlighted.

Click on the actual value in the SMS or Value limit column if you wish to set them up.
GalileoTerminal SMS service can be enabled/disabled by the Country Admin. Credit can be either realocated from the Country Admin agency (using Add credit input box) or it can be bought online using built-in payment gateway.
GalileoTerminal can control the amount of the money for issued tickets within the GalileoTerminal environment. Here on this page you can assign the credit that is reduced everytime when the ticket is issued. The limit can be setup in the general way or can be alocated to specific carrier and/or for specific GalileoTerminal account. When critical credit balance is reached Galileoterminal generates a notification. All credit balance moves are recorded and available in the History.

Click Add button when new agency should be created.
Following fields should be filled in when new agency is going to be established in GalileoTerminal
Agency - agency name
Country - country of the operation of the agency (will be preselected automatically)
PCC - agency PCC
GTIR for non-GT tickets - controls if information about the tickets issued outside GalileoTerminal should be collected
GTIR automatic upload - controls if GalileoTerminal pushes GTIR to the agency ftp server automatically
FTP server - url of the agency ftp server for GTIRs
Username - username of the ftp access
Password - password of the ftp access
Logo URL - url of the agency logo that is shown on itinerary
Footer text - common text that is diaplayed as a footer on the itinerary
INSMEA username - thrird party credentials for the service available in specific market
INSMEA password - thrird party credentials for the service available in specific market
Click Add button to store new agency
Click the Change _icon in the _Type of action column if you wish to update any from the general agency settings
Click remove icon in the Type of action column if you wish to delete given agency from the GalileoTerminal records. Be aware that all users within given agency will be deleted as well.
