Users

List

There is a filter you can use to display users you are interested in or you can simply click Choose user button to get the list of all users for your market. Here are available filters specifying user account properties:

  • never logged in

  • not verified

  • trial

  • training

  • deactivated

  • auto-registered

  • blocked

  • do not renew subscription

  • will be on next invoice

When users are listed there is an information about the credit balance of your Fund displayed in top-right corner.

Fund

Let's imagine that you establish GalileoTerminal account for an agency and prepay it for them for the whole year of usage. But after few months agency changes its mind and migrates to the competitor. When you go and delete its GalileoTerminal account we save unused part of the prepayment in your Fund. When there is enough credit in your Fund to cover the costs for one account for one year, we use the Fund and don't charge you for the prepayment for this account.

On the way

Let's imagine that you cancel the account for which we issued the invoice already, but haven't received the payment yet. We assign the credit to 'On the way' fund then. When we have a confirmation that invoice is paid we move the credit to your Fund.
