Value limit

GalileoTerminal can control the amount of the money for issued tickets within the GalileoTerminal environment. Here on this page you can assign the credit that is reduced every time when the ticket is issued. The limit can be setup in the general way or can be allocated to specific carrier and/or for specific GalileoTerminal account. When critical credit balance is reached Galileoterminal generates a notification. All credit balance moves are recorded and available in the History.

Description of the Value limit setup page follows

  • Enable limit - enables the Value limit feature for given agency

  • Credit is given back if ticket is refunded - When the ticket is refunded using GalileoTerminal account, then the credit can be assigned back.

  • Currency - agency currency in the host

  • Send GTMail if credit is less than - critical amount for automatically generated reminder.

  • History - opens complete history of the credit balance movements

  • Airline code - insert the carrier code of the airline its ticket issuance should be limited

  • Credit - insert the amount for given airline

  • User - choose the username of the agent who should be limited

  • Credit - insert the amount for given agent

  • Remove airline - insert the carrier code its limit should be removed and click Remove airline button

  • Remove agent - choose the agent whose limit should be removed and click Remove agent button
